Do You Need a Team of Behavior Scientists?

Leadership in government and the white house put in a lot of effort to figure out, you know, what are our goals for this year? And we wanted to make sure that we were responding to those goals. Some of these insightes can absolatly seem like common sense after the fact, but the reality is that they weren't being implemented in our absence. Do you think it's necessary to have a government team dedicated to behaviora science for these policy tweaks to actually be implemented? As a matter of course, just just good government. That is the goal, to drive yourself out of existence.
