The DOJ's Position Statement on Donald Trump Proposal

The DOJ has said it is okay with Judge Raymond Derry, who has been in Manhattan for a very, very long time. We got back each party's position statement as to the other party's nominees to serve as special master. I have zero evidence, but I just don't think Donald Trump would propose as one of his two candidates. One seems like a giant pot of honey in the middle of a field. There's no way. The standard for issuing a grand jury subpoena is probable cause. So we still don't know what the hell's going on with that? We don't.
