When i was 15 wars, about 13 years ago. There wasn't a lot of talk about mental health in si. It wasn't tolts of depression in si,. certainly not when i was at school. So it was such a foreign concept to me and also something that, even though it still stigmatized a day, was even more stigmatized than before. When she said to me that it sounded like depression, i was really taken aback. And so i went in there and described some of the experiences i was having.
