The US's Cruel Policy in Ukraine
In 2002 and 2003, there were nine terrorist attacks in Africa. And that's when the US started giving this counter-terrorism support to Niger. Last year, there was 2,737 in just Burkina Faso, Mali, and Western Niger alone. So complete abysmal failure. That's what it is, complete failure.
