There's two kinds of grip strength there's like crushing grip and then there's like endurance grip. I've seen a lot of people who yeah they had popcorn hands and then eventually like it became a non-issue okay last one what are three to five things you've learned or changed your mind on when it comes to by building lifting or nutrition in the past six months? That's the part I don't like six months I think they might have been like well six years for me.
