David Farrent and the Highgate Vampire
David Farrent was arrested in 1974 for vandalizing property within the cemetery. Was sentenced to four years in prison, but was paroled after just two when it was determined that his rights had been violated. Newspapers at the time featured photos of him with his vampire hunting tools. He's written two books, one about the Highgate Vampire and another, a handbook for would-be hunters.
