i had no idea that there was, like, the specific criteria. So it depends on whom you're seeing. Patients do not come to internists or family medicine physicians and say, i can't get pregnant - they know that belongs to the vagina doctor. Some women whose androgens are so high, they have more of a male escutchon at the pattern,. And they'll have hair growing on the inside of the thighs, or going down the thighs. That's just too much for a typical girl. It may be just their upper face is very obvious. But if it's really spiky, then it's from androgen hormones. Lots of people have hair in their lower back
