How to Make Lamb Pesto
Lamb is to grow nothing to master in my head. It just takes time, so you've got to be a little bit organised. You take your whole leg of lamb, rub it with a little oil and lots of salt because it draws out some of the moisture. And that's going into a really hot oven, about 230 degrees for 20 minutesjust to get that fat nice and crispy. Now just throw together a pesto, make your potatoes or if you're having couscous whatever you're making to go with it. Then you can get your lamb out of the last minute and hopefully it will be ready.
