Is Your Morning Routine Helping You Have Joy?

For me, joy is how I start my day and how I end my day. So for example, in the morning, I get my cup of coffee, I wake up at least an hour before the kids are up. And I would do the same walk, basically a 30 minute walk in the evening. Usually I try to time it around the sunset. We're lucky here to live by the beach. The little things help ground me and give me joy on a daily basis.
