Aristocracy and Oniegen
All three of these characters kind of model their own behavior based on what they were reading. Oniegen has he's very I don't know he has a lot of idleness associated with his personality this kind of just existential boredom that he feels and yeah it is associated with Napoleon essentially as this idea that you are supposed to be sort of like an individual against the world even though he was at war with Oniegen's country. It forms the basis for the superfluous man archetype that has kind of continued throughout the rest of 19th century.
