I didn't feel quite ready to just go straight into a PhD program. So I decided to apply to like lab manager research assistant positions instead. And yeah, so then I packed my bags and went over to Abu Dhabi for a couple of years and worked as a lab manager there. That's where I learned how to do MEG and kind of taught myself how to code.
