Can Army Legitimately Target Senior Operations Terrorists and Other Sides?
Israel never admitted that they had killed him, but the response from the various security agencies was, well this guy wasn't the nice guy. If the training was apparently he was a terrorist leader and he was responsible for a multiple group of terrorists in the West Bank. And so we actually sat down with started thinking about the question, can army legitimately target senior operation terrorists and other side. Our conclusion was that the answer depended on the classification of the conflict. But if you are in an armed conflict scenario then you are definitely allowed to target an enemy.
