Do You Have Enough Time?

Cognitive bias is to favour prior beliefs, prior knowledge and prior understanding. Humans don't like thinking were we're efficient, not lazy, we're efficient like that. We try not to think where not possible, unless it conflicts with something that we have cognitive conflict - which is where conceptual change happens. So at least try and mitigate that by sharing two different perspectives of the same thing. Be explicit about their saying an opinion, or leave references for other people to explore,. And make it obvious that their references are there. It's this ongoing conversation that's constantly evolving and changing.
