It used to be very easy where you could pop over to somebody's desk and ask them how they're doing, and now there has to be ad. And then just naturally, so what's happening in the work place is changing as well. So we need to turn to on line tools. Examples of such are doughnut, which creates a water cooler, so that there's more of an opportunity to get to know the personal side of what you'r colleagues have happening,. As well as just to check in, which is also extremely useful during this time.
