I have been running aso for quite a long time, and a, i swe the last three months. I think that to me, the things that make a huge psychological difference are these pieces of my life that i there are non tradable. And also, i think that focusing on food, sleep and exercise makes up for the kind of energy that i need in order to do everything else. But sometimes schedule can be grulling. The other thing kind of dreves me absolutely nast if i'm unable to stay on top of my ne or s likehe at just gives me like anat which m is amose.
