Twitter user aaron asked elon, can we have an up date on the roadster now that plaid with try motors is out and elon replied saying, 20 21 has been the year of super crazy supply chain shortages. "Assuming 20 22 is not megadrama, the new roadster should ship in 20 23," he said. This is a pushback from his last up date in january that suggested the car would go into production next year, 20 22.
