Investing in HTM Securities

At the end of 2022, SVB held on around $120 billion worth of securities. SBB had put a lot of its assets into the HTM style of securities. The only thing that would really upset the apple cart would be something like interest rates going up significantly or a run on the bank. But again, if everyone had stayed chill, things would have been okay.
