Should You Charge Hourly Rate or Project Based Rate?
A lot of people have this big discussion around, should you charge hourly rate, or should you charge project based rate? Am? And my opinion is basically, unless you're working unlike an open ended contract, you should always just charge a project based rate. If you're charging hourly you're lie. I don't know if it's going to end up good, but i charge it a bunch of hours, right? Every time i've proposed an hourly rate, the client has come back and said, ok, but you can't work more than this many hours,. because nothing give you s they give you a ceiling. Ye.
