How to Become a Behaviour Adviser
Becoming a behaviour adviser is not an official certification process. There's no degree you can go through that makes you good or bad. I believe in management, specifically to classrooms. You can have a PhD in psychology and not be able to run a classroom. The teaching was fascinating but I was rubbish at behaviour. It took me a few years to realise there was even training that you could do. And then the TES asked me to be the behaviour advisor which meant I started to advise people on it.
