The first 30 to 60 days was the most critical time period in a customer sort of existence on the platform. We found these like milestones that ultimately became the framework for how the implementation team or implementation reps were measured. And I think that the application here is almost universal for any startup where, you know, at the time that somebody buys the product, it's such a unique time in their evolution as a customer. we're really investing in making them successful will pay long term dividends.
