Is There a Recession in the Real Estate Market?

I don't think it's happening anytime soon or if it does we'll fall the thing that makes me nervous is when the market goes up day after day and once we string about two or three of those days together it just feels like we're ripe to give it all back. I would assume or venture a guess that we'll see some analysts bring their targets down if we have confirmed an earnings recession and economic data starts to soften.
