The Supreme Court's Rule 6E Decision in the McKeever v Bard's 20 Night

Srinivasan was on Obama's shortlist for the Supreme Court seat that was eventually stolen from Merrick Garland. In dissent, Srinivasan points out a number of things that are pretty good arguments. Rule 6E says, here are the reasons in which a court can disclose grand jury material; you don't read that robotically. The 7th and 11th circuits both agreed that the court did retain those, quote, inherent supervisory powers.
