The Ukrainian Counter-Offensive in Ukraine
The Institute for the Study of War says Ukrainian operations are not indicative of a stalemate or evidence that Ukraine cannot retake large areas. The ISW also contrasts the Ukrainian counter-offensive with the recent Russian winter spring offensive, which made no significant gains. And another bit of encouraging news is that according to U.S. officials, America is thinking of approving the ATACMS long-range missile system to Ukraine and providing cluster bombs. Both will be a huge help in attracting Russian forces in Ukraine.
