What I Didn't Know Was Going to Be 37 Minutes?
When i was done with the talk, we went into the cu and a like we'll do to day. But when that was done and i u the camera off, or i stopped the live stream, i immediately watched the entire teaching portion of that day for 37 minutes. I didn't watch it as me. I watched it knowing what i know as a trainer and a coach. Did i forget anything? Did i say it as quickly as i could have? Did it? Could it have been 36 minutes? Should it have been 38 minutes?
