creatine does not appear to increase the risk of heat related problems during exercise, and may actually have a positive influence on core temperature and heart rate responses. There is some indirect evidence indicating that someone who is taking creatine and is kind of ow, their muscles are saturated with it. Theoretically, it does seem to have a neutral to slightly positive effect on things that would be indicative of a dehydration related to heat stress.
