Mike, i want tell you a true story that addresses this very issue. I read the court case of a gentleman that had a piece of property, and he sold it to this the buyer, ok? The buyer paid for the property, but he did not record it in the county recorders office. So e party number three went to the court house and was interested and at any one to see who owned it. But what he found out was that the buyer, the buyer number one, if i can use that term, had never recorded it. He therefore was not to be considered by the record as an owner of record.
