We've had to implement like loads more structure around management for sales and non-sales. Our job now is, I guess, manage or trying to manage probably like seven or eight, nine people,. You know, we don't want to be individually like managing every single trainees. So what does that look like? What does that structure look like? How are you currently thinking about that? It's difficult to say from a numbers point of view, because we've always been in the view that we want to hire really, really high quality people.
