Sally Kohn was diagnosed with celiac disease when she was 22. She went back to school and got her high school scientists sciences degree, then started taking night school for a biomedical science degree so that she could get into the day school program. Two years into that degree, she came across an autoimmune rash called dermatitis or paratiformis. The paleo diet just fixed her skin; it's like, okay, maybe I don't need a PhD after all.
