Is There a Ripple in LISP?

Small talk was influenced by LIS, and there was definitely this interest in like very sort of quote unquote serious programming. The big difference though, if you've never tried small talk or LIS is that in those systems, it's not a ripple in the sense that you just type expressions into a thing. In any text that you could evaluate code, it would change the system. People are used to using sort of these simpler repels for debugging. But really, we're just actually doing development. We're just doing full blown development, ripple.
