The Four Types of Lonely

There's four kinds of lonely. There's lonely for God, which might have nothing to do with me. And there's lonely for each other; and in this case, the lonely for myself. The more we touch what we're made to have in relationship, the more we want of it. loneliness tells me I'm in need of that kind of relationship. So that's why the gift of loneliness is intimacy. It's a need to be known. Not everybody needs to know me, but somebody does. Now if I can't be lonely, I move to apathy. Just shut it down. Jeff: "I grieve my way into acceptance"
