Is Economic Growth a Moral Imperative?
The idea of economic growth is missing in the larger discourse both on public policy and you know any kind of policy decision making or discussion among citizens. I think it's because people don't connect what they really want with the idea of economic Growth, says Ravi Agrawal. People are concerned about making more money tomorrow than they have today across the pyramid so why is this not a universal demand? He adds that we can blame our friend Anupa Manur for the failures of this as people don't understand macroeconomics.
