The Gang of Locusts

The gang used cars to get around London and operate outside of the capital. They would run game on shopkeepers by cleaning out a store in an hour without giving them any breathing space whatsoever. Outsiders that were caught working in their territory were confronted, with violence often being involved. The gang also took advantage of Britain's public transportation system so they could use trains too.
