The dollar is bottled up in range, i've got an eye on it like you, but i still have a downward bias in the dollar. pipe line stocksa w m b or m l ps? In general, i'm not an expert on those, i generally really stick to my e and p, refinery and oil services, knitting, just because that's how i was trained. I think that you don't overtime the the stocks are going to come out of their dolgrum where they can't always get up and rally.
