There have been sustained claims that Redut receives financial support from two very prominent billionaires close to Putin. The other one is Gennady Timchenko, a Russian who has Finnish citizenship heavily sanctioned by the U.S., UK and Europe. I think these days I don't think Putin is actively involved in building up his wealth, he's got enough in any way. When you've got all of Russia as your piggyback, when you're an international criminal court or a rest warrant, frankly, you're not really so concerned about that.
