The Reason Why Automation Systems Fail
A lot of the reasons why automations fail is because people don't realize all these steps that they need to perform. When you have repeatable, documented steps, it helps provide consistency. It eliminates unnecessary tasks as well. So we can get into lookat wllletslet we can do a better job, i guess, of defining our processes. That could be a good place to start. What's really important here is, you can't manage what you don't measure.
