It's in the culture, not by chance. Every 30 days, in every volunteer and staff member who has influence in our church, were that committed to it. We have a process we take them through that just keeps it on the front burner of their heart and their life. And we see people come to jesus. We actually see people who would not travel, o travel from another church to visit us. It can happen. But it's not goingto happen by accident. We have to partner with the spirit of god, and we have to work hard at this,. Because there's spiritual resistance. There's a war going on. The enemy pushes back, and people are fearful
