Do Not Kill That Blue Dot

The way get up works is use his notifications. And I have been advocating for killing that blue dot because it just draws my attention. What it means is that you'll focus on things that are very active. It's very easy to start forgetting about stuff that is not active. So it actually amplifies a pull request that becomes stale become even more stale as nobody's getting notifications for them. But there's perverse incentive there.
