The point of customer contact was actually most credible and so when you can equip those people often they're in a place to understand where the strongest customers are with issues bubbling up. Just use any of your paid reach to start conversations it'll make all that work a lot better. And then finally just make sure that you have that your measurement includes listening to the market conversation because there's value to be had in that.
