How Much of the Cost Can You Actually Shift in a Commercial Population?

McKeown: How much of the cost can you shift in a commercial population also? Like you're working with complex chronic patients and small changes or small shifts can actually really meaningfully change the cost curve. I'm curious if that's even possible in the commercial segment in the same way. McKeown: You have to kind of figure out from a provider perspective, where is your best leverage point? And I do think it's primary care. It's interesting because I thought about this very strategy when I was at Walgreens also and was pushing in this direction.
