Vicerlia Ransacker

Vicerlia police were called to a house break-in in early April 1974. Four houses had been burgled, three on the same street. The perpetrator spent hours inside each home and even raided the kitchen for drinks and snacks. He always wore gloves, aware that fingerprints are the primary means of solving crime.
