Can Fentanyl Powder Work?
The idea would be that if you had a prescription, you could get a fentanyl powder. The quality control and the quantity would be carefully controlled so that the odds of getting an overdose would be much lower. And apparently, substituting fentanyl for anything won't work. Do you know why? It's because the fentanyl is better. So, I say, you know, standing in a vase to Vancouver for putting themselves out there trying something. Could work. Absolutely.
