The new York state department of health was put out notification that it doesn't have enough pax lovid or monoclonal annabody treatment for everyone who could be otherwise, for every covid patient. And so began to put out eligibility criteria. If you're white, you need a pre existing medical condition. If you are not, why you don't, in order to be eligible to receive this treatment. There's a bullet under this that says, non white, race or hispanic latino ethnicity should be considered a risk factor as long standing systemic health and social inequities have contributed toa creased risk of severe illness and death from covid 19.
