How I Decided to Go Back to School

Sally Kohn went back to school for a master's degree in information management. She says she was interested in the Berkeley School of Information because it had been reopened as a MEMS program after being shut down 10 years ago. But more than anything, her goal was to learn about user experience and design principles. "I really wanted to understand ... what does it mean to be good at user experience," said Kohn.
