Is There a Big Problem With UX Education Programs?
There's the challenge of more junior designers getting hired into companies and then realizing there's no one there that has the time or space or energy to mentor them. I'm curious if any of those jump out to you as ones that you hadn't thought about or that you definitely see kind of a giant spotlight being shot upon. It's a very interesting question to reflect on. As our listeners know, and probably you know, we also have our own educational track on Fisa runs into UX. We're pretty immersed in this problem space.
