I hate embarrassment. That probably is one of the worst emotions for me. We all have different tolerances for different emotions. If you identify a particular feeling that you really don't like, that's one, a good one to work on. Emotions are often telling you whether the decision to switch or stick is which one to go for. So if you're constantly feeling bad and not feeling good, and but you're still sticking with say a job, it's maybe saying actually you really should start to keep us switching. I like that.
