The first principle, the first operating model we had is aligning the funnel. Every second that you spend with friction in that funnel is costing you business and it's costing you time. And then the last one that I'll highlight here is that there is no room for passengers. When you're trying to build something really big, when you are trying to do it really quickly, you cannot have passengers.
