Facebook and Instagram's parent company has announced plans to make a universal artificial intelligence translator. The new system would work worldwide in any language, including sign language. But the material you need to make an artificial intelligence is like some sentences or corpora. For many different reasons, we only have a decent grammatical description for about 4000 of them.
