The Politics of Trump's Prosecution

Alvin Bragg: It's hard to get the political stink off of the prosecution that's taking place in New York. This would have been a federal case if in fact Trump was attempting to evade knowledge of this for the purposes of winning an election, but they didn't prosecute. And at least after deciding the other side of it hasn't even so much and then decided otherwise. But again, maybe there's some other smoking gun there that will make all of this jail for it. That's for sure.
