This is a small one, will do it pretty quickly, but i have heard it all the time. Some version of either all therapy is talk therapy, or therapy is really cognitive. It's really like thinking your way through a problem. And at the end of the day, we generally do not suffer what we feel. We also suffer our desires and our actions, including holding back from taking important actions. Those two are shaped by what we think. But ultimately, where it really lands is in the domain of emotion and sensation and action. So we got to get at that. Very, very much.
