Is It Uncomfortable?

Valerie: I notice in marriage counseling that it's not uncommon for there to be a dynamic in the marriage where the guy is the nice guy. And he and he gets railroaded by a woman who is powerful in the home. She has allowed herself to take on the role as the one down in, you know, she didn't serve a mission. It plays out in marriages that then suffer deeply because they don't have a name to describe what's going on.
